Hmm sacred or not what do all those people do those who have been identified with impotency complications? Where do they go? What are the relevant tests? People who come into this category are inclined to buy viagra and hope to get help, how far justified is this act? |

dealing with impotency Posted: December 26, 2005 |

Many conditions of impotency can be alleviated or cured using the methods on taught on this site (in this Topic and in Practice Lesson 4). However, there may be an underlying medical condition causing the dysfunction that should be addressed. A few of these causes are:
~ side effects of prescription medications (such as high blood pressure or psychiatric medication such as anti-anxiety meds);
~ liver dysfunction from long-term or excessive alcohol or drug use;
~ circulatory problems resulting from arteriosclerosis or diabetes;
~ psychiatric conditions, such as from chemical imbalance or past trauma/abuse;
~ others.
Therefore, I suggest first visiting a urologist (or other appropriate medical specialist) for an evaluation. (This advice applies to all types of dysfunction, both in men & women.) You should also ask your physician about the exercises taught on this site, to see if they are appropriate for your condition. Follow the advice of your doctor.
If there are no contraindications, try the methods taught on this site. You should see some improvement within a few weeks or months. If so, continue with the practice; results are cumulative, even in the long term.
Other helpful aids for impotency are massage, meditation, or herbal supplements and other forms of natural healing such as acupuncture and shiatsu. Work-related stress is also a common cause, so take time for pleasure and relaxation.
Regarding Viagra, I only recommend such medications as a last resort. Most pharmaceutical drugs have unwanted side effects, and treat only the symptoms, not the underlying cause. See the herbal supplement forum for more information. |
